What is MetaUserDAO?

MetaUser DAO is a public chain of decentralized autonomous organization based on Metaverse identity recognition created with the Cosmos SDK software development kit.

The purpose of the creation of MetaUser DAO is to make the chaotic and disorderly DAO organization highly credible through the metaverse identification and marking system based on artificial intelligence algorithm, so as to build a high-quality Metaverse decentralized autonomous organization public chain .

It uses the Tendermint delegated proof of stake (BFT) consensus mechanism to allow those who want to mine to entrust validators to perform mining-like work by staking tokens, earn some mining rewards, and provide smart contracts to establish multiple different stablecoins. Finally, reward high-quality miners and prosper the entire ecology.

The underlying technology of MUD public chain

The MUD public chain is developed and constructed based on the COSMOS SDK and adopts the POS mining mechanism. The basic token of the public chain is MUD.

Cosmos-SDK is an architecture for building multi-asset proof-of-stake (PoS) blockchains, such as the Cosmos Hub, and proof-of-stake (PoA) blockchains.

The default consensus engine in the MUD public chain is Tendermint Core. Tendermint is the most mature (and only) BFT consensus engine in existence. It is widely used in the industry and is considered to be the gold standard consensus engine for building proof-of-stake systems (POS).

MUD Tendermint

The consensus algorithm of the core part of the MUD public chain is an easy-to-understand BFT consensus protocol. The protocol follows a simple state machine.

There are two roles in the protocol:
Validator: A role or node in the protocol. Different validators have different vote powers in the voting process.
Proposer: Generated by validators in turn.

Validators take turns proposing blocks of transactions and voting on the proposed blocks. Blocks are committed to the chain, and each block is a block height. But the block may also fail to submit, in which case the protocol will choose the next validator to propose a new block at the same height and start voting again.

MUD Tendermint can ensure that validators will never repeatedly submit blocks at the same height and cause conflicts.
